There’s a new beautiful app in town — and it’s called Shine!

I just discovered a new app (for iPhone) that helps you become more energized, motivated, and inspired.

Self-care is an important step towards self-development. And what better way to use technology than to make it a catalyst for your own self-improvement?

The Shine app is like having someone to talk to at any point in your day. Be it morning, mid-day, or evening. They have chat-like conversations where you are asked what things you’re grateful for today. And they also ask you what you can do today to make yourself feel better.

Isn’t that rad?

This app is exciting for me because it’s so focused on positivity and mindset! I find positivity and mindset to be so important to cultivate EVERY day since I get super slumped the moment I wake up.

What’s more, Shine also has an audio/ podcast-like feature where you get to listen to daily motivations anytime you need to. It’s like you have a coach and a cheerleader in one sitting!
